You will look after the travel arrangements for anyone requiring medical assistance in their travel plans, either organised in advance or last minute travel needs. No two days are ever the same in this position and these opportunities are rare so apply now or give me a call to discuss further!


JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Assisting clients with their medical travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, car hire, visa information and anything else they may require)
*Presenting travel options based on medical recommendations
* Utilising specific airline knowledge pertaining to medical travel requirements, in order to work out the best itineraries
*Tailor make travel itineraries for new, repeat and referral customers
*Become an integral part of the team and ambassador for the company
*Provide exceptional customer service to all clients


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*In depth understanding of Travel Consulting
*High attention to detail
*Proficient in minimum of one GDS system
*Strong airfare knowledge
