Do You Have:
*Proven experience in travel product management
*Prior wholesale procurement experience within the travel/tourism industry
*Ability to speak fluent Japanese
*Demonstrated leadership capabilities
*Strong negotiation skills
*Strong analytical background
*Excellent time management
*The ability to travel often
Key Responsibilities:
*Set and execute annual contracting and product delivery plans suited to all global partners
*Ensure sales, override and profit targets are achieved with adherence to timelines and
commitments
*Contract negotiation
*Ensure available product for all selling partners
*Support the education of consultants to ensure all partners are trained in the
effective sales of products
*Procurement of dynamically connected rates and group series rates
*Ensure preferred product range is strongly supported, communicated and promoted at every
opportunity
*Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
*Monitor and analyse business performance to assist in decision making
Package:
$85-90K + super + travel perks
