We chose Meditech as our preferred automation supplier because from the initial contact they took the time to understand our needs, what we wanted and how it should be delivered. Our Network infrastructure is quite unique, and we needed reassurance that the Meditech robot could integrate with 2 systems simultaneously. Their presentation was personalised for our pharmacy (the competitor gave us a cookie cutter presentation). The live interactive virtual demonstration answered all our questions and provided a platform for our pharmacists to understand how the technology would help us day to day. Communication, planning and the install were all above expectations, having the robot operational within 2 days is a clear advantage over competitors. We could quickly begin to focus on the change management required to maximise such an awesome piece of technology.
