JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Responsible for selling a wide range of travel products and itineraries ranging from cruise, tailor made holidays and worldwide destinations.
*Customer service levels are key with a predominantly high end clientele
*Become an integral part of the team, contributing to the profitability of the store

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

*Min 3 years' experience within the industry in a consulting position
*Proficient in minimum of one GDS system
*Well-presented and friendly
*Passionate about delivering clients an amazing experience from A to Z
*Candidate must have the ability to thrive and succeed in an often diverse and always customer focused
*Confident communicator who can strike up a good rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and make the most of each sale.
